Along with the development of technology, the implementation of a web-based inventory system is an important solution to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing stock items. This internship aims to design and develop a web-based inventory system with barcode scanning features using the Agile development method. This method was chosen because of its flexibility and iterative approach in planning, implementing, testing, and maintaining the system. The result of this activity is an inventory website that can help companies in recording incoming and outgoing goods more efficiently and in real-time. The utilization of digital technology at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Dompu Regency is still manual, especially regarding complaints. This research aims to design a community complaint service application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Dompu Regency using the waterfall method. It aims to produce a web-based application with an attractive appearance and features. login feature, dashboard, complaint feature, service feature and manage services and reporting feature. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature study. This application is built using the waterfall software development methodology and object modeling, Laravel framework, and PHP programming language, with black box testing. The result of this research is a web-based community complaint service application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Dompu Regency. This research aims to design and develop a web-based administrative correspondence application to manage incoming letters, outgoing letters, and reports in a structured, fast, and secure manner.</em> <em>The development method used is Agile Development, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was developed using PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and a user interface built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This study proposes a machine learning approach to uncover underlying brand strategies by leveraging smartphone specifications and market pricing across multiple regions. We utilize unsupervised clustering algorithms (K-Means, DBSCAN) to segment devices based on technical features, followed by supervised classification models (Random Forest, XGBoost) to identify and interpret brand-driven design strategies. The dataset comprises smartphones released in 2024β2025, including attributes such as RAM, camera specifications, processor type, battery capacity, and launch prices in Pakistan, India, China, USA, and Dubai. Our findings reveal distinct clusters that align with different pricing tiers and show clear brand positioning patterns. Feature importance analysis using SHAP highlights battery capacity, screen size, and processor type as critical variables influencing brand classification. This institution requires teachers who are qualified and professional in their fields, however, the process of recruiting teachers at the institution has so far not been effective and does not have good standards, which has caused the institution to experience ups and downs in the number of students. Based on these problems, to help institutions, a Decision Support System is needed with support using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) Method. This system is designed to assist decision making in solving problems by sorting the highest ranking values ββto provide decision recommendations. The decision support system for recruiting new Ibay Computer Rantauprapat teachers using the PSI method can be implemented well and has very good performance when seen from the results of accuracy testing.
